Plant Introduction
Established in 1980, the Tokuyama Plant is located within the Shunan Chemical Complex, a nationally significant integrated chemical complex where inorganic and organic chemistry converge. Taking full advantage of this location, the plant benefits from an environment in which raw materials and utilities can be supplied steadily and in large volumes via pipeline. The area also faces the relatively disaster-resistant, warm, and mild Seto Inland Sea and is adjacent to Tokuyama-Kudamatsu Port, a major hub for coal and bulk cargo transport in western Japan, making the plant highly advantageous from a logistics perspective as well.
We operate three multipurpose plants equipped with a wide range of reaction vessels from 3,000 to 10,000 liters, along with extensive auxiliary equipment. By flexibly combining these units, we can efficiently handle a broad spectrum of chemical reactions and production requirements—from small batches to large-scale manufacturing—delivering the quality, quantity, and timelines our customers require.
